Equine Touch Practitioner

 Liesl has over 30 years experience with horses and her special horse "Sunny" led her on a journey to find ways to improve behaviour and performance through 'Equine Touch'.

Liesl has a practitioner-level Diploma in this field and the technique is a non-diagnostic, non-invasive, hands-on discipline that works at a complete holistic level. A technique with a series of unique, gentle, variational moves over soft tissue - inducing deep relaxation, releasing hypertonic and traumatised muscles, encouraging muscle recovery from injury and atrophy, reducing pain and improving circulation and lymphatic drainage.
